You know, when we bought our house, there were 3 other contracts on it! For some reason though, we knew that we knew that the house was ours. You see Crystal, God knows your everything and nothing can keep from you that which He has for you. He has the perfect house for you guys. Wouldn't it be nice if He would just use his "black sharpie" and place a big X over the houses that are not for us and a huge check mark over the one that is? How easy that would make our lives. Instead, He strengthens us, edifies us, builds us up, just by us rejoicing in our trials. James 1:2 says just this. Rejoice in your trials because through them comes perseverence and through perseverence comes maturity and the lack of nothing. Be encouraged. I pray the house He has for you and Dustin far exceeds your expectations and that when it comes, you will know without a shadow of a doubt that it is the one. Remember, your steps are set in sand, and unlike the ones we make at the beach, His steps for us never wash out with the washes of the waves :) Love you, Cynthia.
